Junior Digital Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site & Search Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the agency on maintaining the search functionality and overall user experience on our brand websites.

What You’ll Do

In this role the Digital Specialist will deliver across 3 main functions, namely Website and SEO: lead, Paid Search: Support and Measurement. Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:

Website, SEO (40% of role)

  • Managing & collaborating all brand website content, optimisations, tagging & monitoring performance for BNX websites, while working closely with the Marketing team

  • Lead for SEO day to day with the marketing team, the agency and EU digital team: Metadata, Keywords selection, tech update.

  • Conduct regular website audits to make recommendations for improvements to enhance the UX

  • Raising tickets in JIRA with our internal agencies & handling all the internal website tagging

Paid Search (30%):

  • Support the data & insights manager in delivering Paid Search for BNX

  • Coordinate local verification of keywords & ad copies with the marketing team, share best performing kw

Measurement (20%):

  • Support the data & insights manager to lead QBR in digital performances

  • Ensure scorecard update on a quarterly basis

  • Sharing digital insights with the marketing team on a monthly basis

Digital Coordination (10%):

  • Support the data & insights manager in conducting yearly Digital Days

  • Bringing in local digital needs & coordinating meetings/upskilling from a local standpoint.

WHOA, this is totally me!

  • An optimist in action; Dutch and English speaking. Hands-on “can do” approach

  • Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors, previous experience in SEO & website is a plus

  • Experience with using DAM & CMS, Knowledge of JIRA and creating tickets is a plus

  • Strong communicator who can stand up for what you believe, seek new solutions and opportunities and is able to drive clarity in complex situations.

  • Analytical - we’re a very data driven company. Knowing how to use web analytics tools, to analyze website performance and translating sophisticated data into simple solutions with an analytical approach is essential.
