Note : This is a 2 year fixed term contract role.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an expert Digital and Analytical Leader to drive digital innovation and analytical excellence at our Villawood manufacturing site. This pivotal role will also be responsible for owning the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA project over a 2 year period. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, digital transformation, data analytics, and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA. This is a 2 year fixed term contract role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the SAP S/4HANA implementation project at the Villawood manufacturing site; handling timelines, resources, and collaborator expectations.

  • Lead the digital transformation initiatives at Villawood, ensuring seamless integration of digital technologies with operational processes.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and HR to ensure the successful adoption of the SAP S/4HANA system.

  • Provide periodic updates to site leadership on the progress of the SAP S/4HANA implementation and other digital initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and SAP representatives to support the S/4HANA project and other digital endeavours.

  • Actively partner with all collaborators in the implementation journey, including hands on support and assistance where required.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment or in business systems integration, with a strong focus on ERP systems and data analytics.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines.

  • Strong SAP knowledge and experience.

  • Strong working knowledge and experience in SAP, including the SAP logistics modules: PP/MM/QM/PM

  • Proven track record of handling large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA, within a manufacturing context.

  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA, PMP, or other relevant areas is helpful.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous SAP S4/HANA implementation experience.

  • While not essential Certification in SAP S/4HANA,PMP, or other relevant areas is highly desirable
