Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement sales objectives, strategies and plans for Thailand which are consistent with overall commercial and divisional objectives

  • Develop call coverage to secure optimal field sales efficiency

  • Implement local Thailand pricing, trading terms & conditions within Hill’s guidelines and policies

  • Support, giving an objective perspective, the team to negotiate trading terms with Key Accounts to meet commercial and profitability goals

  • Ensure that the Thailand team is staffed, trained, motivated and developed to meet future business needs and to meet individual performance targets

  • Maintain liaison with regional Marketing and GM to ensure that sales activities are in line with Regional and Global strategies and plans

  • Interface with regional Marketing functional heads on initiatives to secure optimal local implementation

  • Keep abreast of market and trade conditions and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet changing customer requirements and retail environment

  • Lead budget review and mid-year review meeting preparation and presentation, identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities in the country

  • Develop the holistic Go to market plan for Indo China markets including staffing, identify the right distribution partners, evaluate the go to market strategies, logistics flow and regulatory coordination and assessment
