We are now looking for a highly motivated Production Coordinator to join our team!

T he primary accountabilities of the role include supporting Production Manager to coordinate all production activities with partnership of related functions, develop management systems & processes and ensure the effective implementation across shifts, lead continuous improvement initiatives in: customer service, financial performance, throughput, asset utilization, quality, safety, labor Relations, and people and organization development, as measured by Corporate, Divisional, and Local KPIs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving all production KPIs of Packaging area: Output, on-time delivery, Asset utilization, absolute losses, labor efficiency, conversion costs, Funding the Growth, headcounts, absenteeism

  • Work with equipment team to manage equipment/machines run effectively to deliver all production KPIs thought activities: Changeover, troubleshooting, CI, parameter control, maximize capacity

  • Ensure the effectiveness of production planning to minimize the impact of labor as well as maximize the capacity of machines and people skills.

  • Manage data & analytic and visualize data to define opportunities for improvement

  • Own applicable EHS/ GMP/ Quality standards implementation to respective production areas and ensure consistent compliance from all production people

  • Partner with HR training to ensure all production people equipped adequate training and certified necessary skills before putting into production processes or operating equipment

  • Work with shift leaders/OTL to take corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner to mitigate potential EHS/ Quality/ loss or downtime incidents through effective usage of statistical data analytic tools

The Individual

Education:

  • BA/ BS Degree (preferably in a technical field or Industrial management)

Skill requirement:

  • Communication & Leadership

  • English communication

  • Google App Script/ python coding is a plus

Experience:

  • Fresh Graduate - 02 year experienced in Operation/ Production/OE Department
