About The Role

As Brand Manager for the Personal Care category (Deodorants) in Cali, Colombia you will be a key player in shaping the future of our brand across the Andean region. Supporting the Sr Manager in the development of marketing plans to achieve Share of Market and Financial goals. Your role involves developing impactful brand strategies, optimizing the 5Ps, fostering innovation in our product pipeline, and implementing engaging shopper initiatives, promotional events, and advertising campaigns. Embrace the challenge of navigating market dynamics and identifying business opportunities unique to each country within the region. As a crucial part of our team, you will drive margin improvements and lead simplification initiatives within your designated subcategory. Your responsibilities behind the communication and innovation pipeline extend to co-leading cross-functional teams for new product development. This includes maintaining effective communication with local, regional, and global teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, and seamlessly coordinating LATAM Rollouts with both divisional and local teams.

What You Will Do

  • Monitors market trends and competitors activities to find opportunities and key issues bases on consumer needs and habits Proposes plan.

  • Implements and follows up on marketing activities (also those included in the approved Activity Grid) to close GAPS at each retail environment, ensuring consistency with strategy, in coordination with Retail Marketing, and framed on an agreed timing, taking into consideration resources & limitations.

  • Reviews implementation of price strategy and tackles pricing opportunities vs competitors to improve profitability. • Reviews demand planning and SKU portfolio optimization aligned with the HUB.

  • Ensures implantation of the media strategy

  • Keeps track of performance to assess against goals and five insight to the team

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related

  • At least +3 years of commercial experience (Marketing, Insights, Retail Marketing or related areas)

  • Analytics Management (Nielsen & Kantar)

  • Teamwork, collaboration, analytical thinking and leadership skills

  • Advanced English level

  • Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is a plus
