Job Summary

The Exports & Reverse Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing resources in the & Overflow Warehouse (personnel, storing areas, equipment and services) to guarantee fulfillment of sales' objectives through on time shipments to subsidiaries ( Expo) & Overflow and complying with EHS and Quality standards. Additionally is responsible for managing the reverse logistics process for warehousing to receive returned and refusals cases at the refusal´s warehouses and assuring inspection & product reconditioning to define final disposal : recovery for sale and/or Write off

Main Responsibilities:

  • Comply with an adequate work area and safe procedures through fulfillment of Corporate Standards and training.

  • To guarantee resources availability to operate the DC without disruptions (equipment, pallets, personnel, Daily meeting, occupation report and pallets report)

  • Contribute with the implementation of EHS, Quality & Factory Performance and Reliability Corporate Standards

  • Follow up and continuously improve Warehouse KPI´s

  • Execute inventory cycle counts and assure 99% of accuracy .

  • Define, follow up and implement projects within the Logistic operation to support efficiencies, process simplification and capital expenses

  • Oversee for a correct Warehouse layout definition, space allocation and guarantee WMS ( Warehouse Management System) is performing as expected.

  • Develop Warehousing operational budget. Develop & implement Capital Expense Budgets.

  • Monitoring of Warehousing Performance (LPR) & Logistic Cost (WH)

  • Accomplish with the Management System of safety and Health at Work "SGSST" as required according to position.

  • Follow up on Wh Personnel, Productivity issues, people management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Warehousing/ Supply operations or related fields.

  • Intermediate English level.

  • Experience with SAP

  • Experience with Google Tools (Sheets, Data Studio)

  • Experience with macros & scripts ( Desirable)

  • Experience with WMS (Desirable)

  • Desirable knowledge in WMS.

  • Desirable experience managing people.
