Position Purpose:

Responsible to manage the research learning and insights to support business decisions related to the PC & HC Mexico categories. Will work in partnership with the marketing Mexican team directly and indirectly with the LATAM and CIC to ensure alignment

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

  • Report Syndicate data such as: Nielsen, Panel, Tracking info.

  • Work very close with Brand Team supporting them to establish strategies and roadmaps for the category

  • Coordinate assessment of needs and plan annual PCP&HC Insights effort based on medium and long-term strategic objectives

  • Plan, conduct and report Ad Hoc studies proving diagnostics and actionable

  • Work together with Division Category Head and conduct special analysis to develop commercial plans for the region.

  • Guarantee the usage of advertising tracking and Equity studies across the Division Provide consolidated analysis and recommendations

  • Identify Trends, Macroeconomic Drivers and other sources of information that helps to identify consumer needs

  • Be updated in terms of Trends and Macroeconomic drivers that impact Home and Personal Care.

  • Synthesize and share consumer learning in the region about learning coming from Syndicated, Continuous (Tracking), Analytics (MMM) and Ad Hoc Studies.

  • Ensure that all knowledge generated is reported and shared across the organization.

  • Be knowledgeable about current and new research methodologies that can help give a better recommendation

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor´s Degree (Marketing, Statistic, Sociology, Anthropology

  • 6-8 years of experience in market research agencies & good consume companies

  • Bilingual

  • Experience with Nielsen, Kantar data - platform
