About the Role:

The Compensation Specialist will manage compensation processes (salary, bonus or equity) and the HR data supporting these processes. Research solutions to HR customer transactional requests. Review HR transactional data and deliver reports to client groups. Execute compliance and regulatory reporting.

What you will do:

  • Support the timely execution of annual Salary, Bonus or Equity processes with attention to client experience and SLA expectations

  • Process compensation data changes in HR systems related to the Compensation process supported, including relevant documentation

  • Audit completed transactions

  • Execute compliance-related activities

  • Generate ad hoc reports

  • Conduct compensation administration activities and processes and follow all HR Operations policies and procedures to ensure effective client support

  • Research, analyze, and resolve compensation issues or inquiries escalated by CBS HR

  • Run incentive plan modeling reports and send to Compensation Communities of HR Expertise (COHRE) for approval

  • Evaluate annual salary increases, special market increases, annual structure adjustments, etc. to ensure they are within guidelines

  • Prepare reports for Compensation COHRE for all phases of the compensation review & approval process

  • Validate policy compliance and accuracy

  • Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are received and information is accurately entered into compensation systems

  • Support the management and implementation of HR technologies including SAP and SuccessFactors

  • Responsible for the submission process of Compensation Surveys

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency in English

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human resources, Finance or Compensation related fields

  • At least 2 years of experience in Compensation (Desirable)

  • Bonus experience (Desirable)

  • Compensation certification (Desirable)

  • Intermediate Excel and/or Google Sheets
