  • You will compare the company's records with the customers' statements to ensure that everything matches.

  • You will resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise after a payment has been processed.

  • In some cases, you will have to enter payments manually based on the information provided by the customers.

  • Preparation of daily and weekly AR (Accounts Receivable) reports: You will create regular reports on the status of accounts receivable.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You will work with different teams, such as the collections team, to resolve any issues related to payments.

  • You will verify that payments are applied correctly and understand why some payments have not been applied.

  • You will participate in the compliance with internal controls and financial regulations and provide evidence and support during audits.

What do you need for this position:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Similar

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance and/or Credit to Cash
