The CPFR is responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels on the shelf to meet consumer needs working in collaboration with the customer and internal CP work teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement metric controls with the client and CDT's that reflect the status of the business and areas for improvement.

  • Design strategies to optimize inventory Point of Sale levels.

  • Know the internal and customer replenishment and logistics processes, to search for efficiencies in the distribution network

  • Alignment of objectives and constant communication of strategies that promote a positive impact on Fill Rate

  • Work together with CDT and Demand Planning in commercial strategies that promote planning of the client or company requirements.

  • Develop action plans that charge root inefficiencies in order to improve product availability and fill rate, increase sales, FDP Acc, in collaboration with the customer's replenishment area.

  • Work on efficiency projects and standardized processes for customers

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or related.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics.

  • Management of advanced Excel.

  • Intermediate/Advanced English level.

  • Analytical skills.​​​

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in replenishment processes.

  • Knowledge of forecasting

  • SAP Intermediate knowledge

  • Power BI
