Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with payroll vendor and local teams to ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately

  • Review payment requests prior to submission to the payroll vendor for processing

  • Calculate employee payouts such as retroactive salary adjustments and vacation payout

  • Processing, auditing and validating time keeping systems and data

  • Root cause analysis of possible errors including constructive and prevention actions

  • Provide reporting from the vendor system to company stakeholders

  • Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits

  • Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and HR

  • Ensure SOBP´s are updated and backups are in place.

What de you need for the position?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting or any related field.

  • 1-2 years related experience in any finance area or human resources areas.

  • 1-2 years related experience as Payroll Processor (preferred)

  • Advanced English level

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Detail oriented and highly organized

  • Customer service oriented
