MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Contributing in the key reward process (salary planning, compensation review, salary & benefits budget planning, performance calibration, medical insurance renewal etc.);

  • Participating in the compensation and benefits survey and provide analysis/benchmarking of the existing rewards practices;

  • Recommending suggestion on adjusting internal reward practice based on market practice/development, benchmark results and business needs;

  • Implementing specific projects regarding compensation and benefits in accordance with the set-HR policy to ensure that the organization’s rewards policy can be realized smoothly;

  • Performing data analytics and creating in-depth reports to fulfill business needs;

  • Conducting the day-to-day management of the activities within compensation and benefits and, if require, in partnership with external consultants to ensure that an efficient functioning of the reward programs

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPEREICNE:

Education: Bachelor Degree & above, degree in Statistics, Maths is preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR environment

Special Knowledge: Good knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and principles is preferred

Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office or Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Result driven attitude, reliability, co-operation and client-service oriented

  • Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders via strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills, and use that to partner

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
