  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, or equivalent

  • Min 5 years of similar or related experience in e-commerce business

  • Experience of working with HTML, CSS and Javascript

  • Hands-on experience in web design

  • Strong print layout and video production skills

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Good communication and strong analytical skills

  • Passionate, curious, enthusiastic and highly collaborative

  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong time-management skills

  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Description:

Colgate Palmolive Company has an excited opportunity to join our E-Commerce team as In-House Designer.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conceptualize, design and execute a portfolio of print and digital materials such as creating the content to support our products, writing product description, customizing campaign kits for e-commerce customers in parallel with launch plans in order to increase our conversion rate

  • Prepare the product pages in e-commerce sites in accordance with our brand identity (packshot, product name, product content, comparison card)

  • Use creative thinking and current best-practices to improve and optimize functionality, user-experience, and design of new and existing web/landing pages

  • Work closely with internal customers to understand requirements and create cost efficient graphic design solutions

  • Organize and prioritize several different projects and tasks simultaneously
