Who are you…

You are a Bonus Lead -

  • Lead the end-to-end bonus calculation process for APAC & AEA regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Develop and maintain robust bonus calculation models and tools.

  • Review and approve bonus calculations prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to bonus calculations.

  • Manage the timely execution of bonus processes, including preparation of compensation offers, processing lateral movements and promotions, and bonus calculations.

You are a collaborator -

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Engage with Compensation COHRE (Communities of HR Expertise) and Business HR on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment.

  • Prepare and present reports for Compensation COHRE for all phases of the compensation review and approval process.

  • Interact and collaborate with all stakeholders and regularly schedule reviews with them to share statuses and improvement areas.

Team Leadership-

  • Manage and mentor two direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

You are an innovator -

System Implementation and Enhancement

  • Lead the implementation of bonus calculation systems and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to design, test, and deploy system enhancements.

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide training and support to users on bonus calculation systems and processes.

  • Support the management and implementation of HR technologies including SAP and SuccessFactors.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of bonus calculations.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to bonus management.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for bonus calculation processes and systems.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Validate policy compliance and accuracy.

You are data custodian and Compliance champion

Data Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate compensation and benefits data supporting bonus processes.

  • Process compensation data changes in HR systems related to the bonus process, including relevant documentation.

  • Audit completed transactions and ensure all vital documents and approvals are received and information is accurately entered into compensation systems.

  • Research, analyze, and resolve compensation issues or inquiries by CBS HR.

  • Run incentive plan modeling reports and send to Compensation COHRE for approval.

What experience and knowledge will you bring?

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in Compensation (Salary and Bonus).

  • Working knowledge of general HR processes.

  • MBA / PGD in HR preferred.

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules and SAP is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner with attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Subject expertise in compensation processes and policies.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Working knowledge of HR Service Center operations.

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize compensation data.

  • Effective prioritization, follow-up skills, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
