Mission:
Contribute to the design and implementation of the global Filorga acceleration strategy.
Develop the 3-to-5 years strategy and associated development or catalog support plans for the lines under responsibility.
Define and coordinate the 360 marketing strategy and launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy & product development
Define and recommend the strategy, ambition and potential of the ranges under responsibility
Consumer centric conceptualization of new products: writing, positioning, marketing mix
Develop new products in collaboration with the dedicated teams (R&D, purchasing, packaging, supply)
Manage the timing, quality and profitability of the products
CSR oriented
360° development: brief and coordinate the support departments, inform of the planning and ensure the impact and coherence of the 360 and the respect of the deadlines
Manage the budget for ranges under responsibility
Team Leadership
Motivate, inspire and develop the team
Ensure clarity of vision and direction
Define and monitor priorities
Lead and guide the teams in the development of projects and 360 campaigns
Cross-Functional and Cross-Georgraphy Collaboration
Ensure strong connection with the countries, understanding of local needs and timelines
Coordinate the collaboration of the product development team with internal departments (merchandising, communication, creative studio, R&D, technical services, operations, etc.)
Create and promote strong internal support for the portfolio strategy from the management, markets, operations, and 360 services to ensure successfull implementation of all projects
Required Skills
Strong experience in innovation - skin health / beauty required
Creativity / curiosity / agility / thinking outside the box
Experience managing a team and cross-functional stakeholders
Managing a 360-product vision with an overall marketing perspective
Multi-project management
Results and profit-oriented
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Business and strategic vision for brand development
Role model of teamwork and collaboration
Profile
8+ years of experience as a senior product manager / group product manager
Experience in innovation
Managerial experience
Fluent French and English
