As a GIT business process analyst, you will be a technology expert responsible for implementing, digitizing and optimizing Financial data systems using SAP solutions. You’ll engage with business leaders and streamline operations in the Treasury, Risk Management, Banking & Cash Management areas.

This role will be seated out of the Piscataway, NJ office and reports to the GIT finance director.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. This team is a group of finance and technology experts from all around the world. They are able to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization and are excited by the prospect of making the best use of technology to deliver our next generation of products and initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables

  • Deliver global project implementations including system design, configuration, validation and support

  • Perform duties as assigned

  • Comply with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Finance

  • A proven track record of performance with 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Financials

  • 3+ years experience with configuration/ implementation of SAP treasury module

  • Knowledge of SAP Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Treasury and Risk Management, SAP Payments or SAP Financial Accounting

  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications in English

  • Be able to write functional & technical specifications for a developer

  • Strong collaboration mindset with an ability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, peers and teams

  • Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible

  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, banking interfaces like SWIFT

  • Academic certifications in SAP, Treasury or Finance areas

  • Knowledge about Industry best practices

  • Project management certifications

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $91,200.00 - $151,200.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
