Digital Marketing Manager
Principal duties and responsibilities
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Together with CEEME Marketing Manager develops and implements the CEEME strategy of country website management
Is a key Partner for internal stakeholder OAC and global teams to ensure the smooth cooperation regarding CEEME owned digital assets management aligned with EMEA and CEEME digital priorities
Accountable for the launch and maintenance of the Hillspet consumer websites
Ensures roll-out plan of new website launches aligned with CEEME website strategy
Initiates and executes on-going content to support Search (e.g. articles, reviews)
Maximizes existing website experience and IMC visibility (e.g. IMC assets, mini website)
Responsible for regular website KPIs tracking and analysis with further activities aimed to leverage the success or improve the performance
ORGANIC AND PAID SEARCH
Leads organic search project with CEEME countries
Executes global / regional priorities, translates and augments them into local paid media plan and tactics
Responsible for regular KPIs tracking and analysis with further activities aimed to leverage the success or improve the performance
Is the internal subject matter expert and ensures integration of the plans with other Digital activities
PAID MEDIA
Together with CEEME Marketing Manager develops and implements paid media strategy
Leads paid media plans preparation and execution with Wavemakers media agency ensuring that EMEA and CEEME priorities are translated into media plans and tactics
Responsible for BLS and / or Awareness study execution
Responsible for the most effective execution of Media Plans with regular tracking of the KPIs and adjustments if needed (done with Wavemakers agency)
DISTRIBUTOR COOPERATION
Proposes digital activities calendar for Distributors
Leads and shapes the execution of digital activities from our distributors
Provide assistance and coaching to Distributor teams in regards to digital
Acts as a role model and digital expert for Distributors
Initiates activities to develop Digital capabilities of Distributor team
Leads CEEME Digital Distributor calls
OTHER
Responsible for Digital A&P
Keeps solid and reliable record for all monitored KPIs of digital activities across Hills CEEME (Google Analytics, 3rd parties reports).
Recommend follow ups to achieve agreed goals.
Presents reports and recommendation to internal audience and distributors
Partners with OAC and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective usage of all digital assets.
Education/ Experience Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years digital marketing experience of dealing with websites, search and media (either in-house or agency side)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
Technology-savvy

The candidate should have demonstrated initiative, be a self-starter and able to initiate projects/act independently.
The candidate must have a successful track record of analyzing business putting forth conclusive recommendations and executing with excellence.
