Obtain a valuation of the exact inventory levels for decision making, ensure that the production costs of the company are calculated based on corporate policies and guarantee that the financial information reported is reliable.
Responsible for apply all controls to the Inventory Management at plant, coordinating physical counts, variances analysis, DOC tracking, support to the SC teams with all the SLOBS materials and coordinating with the fiscal authorities the process for materials destruction. Physical inventory and analysis for plant and co-packers
Responsible for tracking all the Fixed Assets movements as well as the physical counts and follow up all the capitalization process for the CEB projects related to the plant, including idle asset analysis and depreciation simulation.
Responsible for analyze all the production variances with major focus on purchase price variances and providing the details needed to the plant, Finance, and Management in order to support the decisions making and corrections needed to improve the financial results of the plant
Monitor and control conversion cost and keep monthly tracking of all the expenses that are related to the cost at the plant and proactively communicate risk and opportunities
Support the Quarterly standard cost calculations for the plant with Global and Regional CBS, ensuring that master data is accurate and reviewing rate routings and providing all the explanations needed for the changes applied to standard cost.
Responsible to assure that all the internal controls are in place and that are aligned with CFPs. Also provide support for all the Audit (Internal, External, Corporate and Fiscal and SOXs) processes at plant
Analysis of monthly results and recommendations to Home Care plant.
Verify proper calculation of AML for Home care
Prepare material losses information weekly
Responsible to provide necessary information for cost simulation for new products, new formulas and sourcing evaluation
Validate savings for Home care (FTG and CEB)
EMO’s cost evaluation for Packing & Making
EMO’s expense reconciliation and budget tracking, prepress cost and obsolete
Close month activities (journal entries posting, expense reconciliation, headcount, reports review)
What do you need for this position?
Scholarship: Bachelor´s degree in accounting, finance or business.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance areas and/or cost.
