MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Support for Focus Industrial Engineers in material and expense control processes, as well as activities related to the factory improvement program in general (analysis, reporting, monitoring and presentation of results).
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Support in carrying out material inventories. Analysis of variations, post requests and monitoring the status of inventoried items;
Adjustment of reprocessing and correction of transfer errors in SAP;
Conference of production data from SAP vs the Opera system;
Support in factory loss control and participation in improvement groups;
Analysis and request for reclassification of expenses;
Preparation of reports such as: Daily production, Loss Report;
Support in updating monthly and weekly presentations such as: GTD, operational and managerial PPRs, FTG and material losses;
Support in managing Opera Manual data (data integrity);
Support in validating the Production Tonnage report (monthly);
Creation and checking of script and production version in SAP.
