Job Purpose:

Support the ongoing execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) aimed to drive profitable growth for Colgate Palmolive (CP) collaborating with the commercial organization including Customer Development, Consumer Marketing and Finance teams. The responsibility of this position is to support the RGM Lead to drive the 7 price levers (Non promoted shelf price/ Promo shelf price/ Price flow/ Mix/ Pack and Size/ New Products and Cross border pricing) and ASP with a clear focus on what is in it for Shopper, Customer, and CP.

Responsibitiies/Accountabilities:

  • Support, embed and enhance the Revenue Growth Management program at Colgate Palmolive, South Asean Hub (SAH, covering Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore & Indonesia).

  • Execute multiple Revenue Management projects across numerous RE’s and customers capitalizing opportunities in Pricing, Promo optimization, Trade Terms effectiveness, Mix and Pack/Formats strategy.

  • Define integration of Revenue Management into both annual planning and monthly reporting processes.

  • Improve Category annual planning that embodies the principles of RGM.

  • Ensure Revenue Growth Management reflects the CP Commercial Selling Principles

  • Prepare basis for the development of different scenarios for budget purposes.

  • Monitor the relation between actual prices & costs, versus budgeted ones, reporting on a monthly basis the current level of achievement of budgeted contributions.

  • Ability to influence the sizing and pricing strategy and implementation for customers across different REs and Categories.

  • Lead mix management strategy across categories and sizes to increase profitability for CP & customers.

  • Participate in customer meetings and JBPs in SAH as well as business reviews to drive enhanced productivity in various trade spend programs

Background Required:

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience (i.e. pricing, promotions, finance, marketing, or sales)

  • A Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in finance, Marketing or Business Administration, preferably with a Master’s Degree.

  • English proficiency

  • High level of MS Office & Google collaboration tools

Desirable:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct RGM experience
