Job Purpose

We're on the lookout for an innovative individual to join us for 12-months as an eCommerce Content Specialist at Colgate-Palmolive, with potential for long-term career advancement. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our digital presence within the eCommerce landscape. Ready to lead digital transformation in the fast-moving consumer goods industry? You'll shape the online customer experience for our esteemed brands, identify and fill content gaps, streamline processes, and leverage tools such as the AI-powered Vizit, as well as our PIM/DAM systems and digital shelf tools. Your efforts will not only boost sales but also foster brand loyalty across European eCommerce platforms, establishing a new benchmark for digital excellence

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and address content gaps across our digital assets, ensuring a flawless and engaging online shopping experience.

  • Support the central teams with Digital Shelf analysis to identify opportunities and continue driving our digital presence on retailer’s websites across Europe.

  • Use a 'test and learn' approach by leveraging tools such as AI-powered Vizit, A/B testing, and other tools to improve content strategies.

  • Align with hub teams to meet the evolving content needs for CGI, secondary images, A+ content, and brand stores on platforms like Amazon and other retailer websites.

  • Optimise digital packshots content creation processes to drive efficiency and consistency across Europe by liaising with a cross functional team within packaging, brand and commercial teams.

  • Manage and improve our Product Experience Management (PXM) tool, supporting hub teams with their content requirements working closely with the Global IT team and the eCommerce teams in the hubs.

  • Ensure that the content crafted is being accurately stored for the hub teams to access and seamlessly syndicated to retailer’s eCommerce websites

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, sharing eCommerce content best practices with internal teams and creating playbooks for future references.

Personal Attributes

  • A degree-educated individual with experience in data analysis or a similar marketing role.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience

  • A natural problem-solver who can extract and communicate insights from data to advise decisions.

  • A self-starter with a curious mind, eager to explore new ways to improve our digital content.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships across various business functions.

  • An action-oriented professional with a keen eye for detail and a sense of urgency.

  • Commercial savvy with an understanding of how analytics drive business outcomes.

  • A confident professional who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
