Note : This is a 12 months contract role

Main Responsibilities

As a Brand Manager (12 month contract role), you would be part of our dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team who are out to make an impact. Responsibilities include developing and implementing the marketing plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range vision for the brand(s) to increase sales, margin and profitability for the brand(s).

Core responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement brand growth plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range vision for the brand(s)

• Lead, develop & execute full funnel, digital advertising campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with agency partners, omnichannel retail teams & digital channel specialists.

• Lead NPD/Relaunch commercialisation & G2M strategy & execution, collaborating with innovation & retail marketing leads.

• Analyse performance vs. plan & identify actionable insights to continuously optimise strategy & execution.

• Lead and manage annual budget process for the brand(s) to increase sales, margin and profitability

• Liaise with key stakeholders including other subsidiaries, Global Business, Consumer Innovation Centres and Senior Management

Required (Education, Knowledge required & Language skills)

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields; preferably in Economics, Management

• Minimum 1 year experience as Brand Manager

• You are a collaborator by nature and believe that bringing together the best people will drive a brilliant culture and business.

• You are an innovator with a growth mindset and the ability to connect the dots with a high degree of curiosity.

• You possess a passion for data and analytics and love telling stories based on these insights.

• Working in a fast paced environment drives you and managing ambiguity is normal.

• Possess a passion for Omnichannel retailing, digital shopper experiences and building brands in a rapidly changing environment.

• Experience in Marketing/Trade, Marketing or Advertising/Research Agency

• Project management experience

• Proficient in English and local language

• Nielsen program knowledge is a plus

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working in consumer product goods

• Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
