Join Colgate Palmolive Poland CEE HUB, become a part of the Customer Development team, take ownership of Your own future in the area of commercial sales and develop with us!

Your responsibilities:

  • Support management of our customer development processes in area of drugstores

  • Contribute to strategy of reaching certain sales goals

  • Manage internal customer relations systems, ensure data correctness and implement necessary changes

  • Collect and analyze market, sales and product date, prepare reports and suggestions for client actions

  • Support Customer Development team in managing shopper activities, product activations, sales and promo events

  • Cross-functional contacts with Consumer Marketing, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain to manage ongoing and future projects

  • Day-to-day support to Customer Development team in regular tasks

Our requirements:

  • University degree (preferred commercial, economical or related area)

  • Good understanding of sales and customer relations processes coming from studies or previous internships or experiences

  • High analytical skills to be able to look at data, compare results and suggest solutions based on Your findings

  • Very good command of English (verbal and written) to connect with colleagues from various locations

  • Excellent communication skills to manage numerous contacts both inside and outside the company, ask questions, give straight and open opinions or push Your agenda

  • Advanced MS Office knowledge including managing larger amount of data in MS Excel

  • Independent, willing to learn from the team and willing to take on challenges
