Main purpose:

Overall, the Group Brand Manager is responsible for managing assigned category or brand in line with the company’s strategies.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the implementation of the overall category & brand strategies agreed with Division, including 5P guidelines to achieve/exceed market share & financial KPIs

  • Develops the HUB growth grids

  • Develops regional brand activation concepts for new product launches / line extension

  • Cooperates with countries to work out the country pricing strategy based on the agreed regional strategy

  • Develops category & brand portfolio strategy & SKU management recommendations for the CEE hub

  • Leverages knowledge of market dynamics, consumers & shoppers, competitors to enhance competitiveness and accelerate business growth for the assigned category/brand

  • Monitors key market and financial indicators to be able to identify & address any potential challenges

  • Cooperates with Media manager on media strategy, media priorities, media plan revisions and budget shifts/changes for category/brand by country

  • Supervises and approves adaptations of media copies for all CEE markets for the assigned category/brand

  • Works with Insights & Research team on preparing the actionable recommendations to address ongoing business CEE challenges

  • Develops & presents category/brand strategies & plans to Division

  • Develops budgets / A&P by subcategory and brand

  • Actively participates in EU Go-to-Market teams

  • Manages and develops people in the team

Experience and Personal Attributes:

  • University degree, preferably in Business with focus on Marketing

  • At least 7 years in brand marketing in FMCG

  • Driven by achieving business results, commercially & analytically strong

  • Service-oriented, with a growth mindset

  • Excellent communication skills, able to forge alliances & align stakeholders

  • Proven team leadership skills and an effective problem solver

  • Passionate team player who enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams

  • Agile way of working (able to adapt quickly) and looking forward to building an agile organization

  • Capable of inspiring, winning confidence and raising consensus at all levels

  • Can do attitude, self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment without full guidance; resilient and confident.

  • Very good English (a must)
