Responsibilities:
Manage the Order to Invoice process
Order Validation, Order maintenance and Delivery Creation
Cooperate with Logistics
Follow up on Delivery exceptions
Issue invoice follow up
Develop effective customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment
Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams and Logistics to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
Highlight delivery and distribution issues to Logistics for follow-up and corrective action. Communicate any special customer requirements to Logistics
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service area is an advantage
Proficient in English is a requirement
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills
Proficient in French or German or Spanish and Portuguese
