Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Order to Invoice process

  • Order Validation, Order maintenance and Delivery Creation

  • Cooperate with Logistics

  • Follow up on Delivery exceptions

  • Issue invoice follow up

  • Develop effective customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment

  • Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams and Logistics to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.

  • Highlight delivery and distribution issues to Logistics for follow-up and corrective action. Communicate any special customer requirements to Logistics

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service area is an advantage

  • Proficient in English is a requirement

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving approach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Proficient in French or German or Spanish and Portuguese
